Life coaching, with Tasha, is the service of empathetic listening as well as offering support in navigation to achieve a state of contentment in one's life. She focuses on improving and maintaining one's overall state of wellbeing. She has extensive education in psychology, political science, as well as a wide array of life experiences. Tasha's purpose in life is to help people. She does so through sharing tools to help manage life's hardships, empathic listening to allow individuals to feel seen and heard, offering a consistent safe space and support, and aiding in goal setting. She intends to assist people in finding contentment within themselves in order live a life they enjoy.
